UON:- UNES and UNAA PARTICIPATE IN THE 6TH DEVOLUTION CONFERENCE HELD ON MARCH 4 – 8, 2019 AT KIRINYAGA UNIVERSITY GROUND, KIRINYAGA UNIVERSITY

The 6th Annual Devolution Conference held at Kirinyaga University Ground, Kirinyaga Country. It comes at a time when the government is poised by the  the spirit of attaining Vision 2030 in tune with accomplishment of the Big Four Agenda that covers Housing, Infrastructure, Health Care and Manufacturing. The Devolution initiative is  enshrined in the constitution of Kenya 2010 to ensure that resources are devolved to the Counties to directly benefit the common Wanainchi. This year’s Devolution Conference was themed “Deliver, Transform, Measure and Remaining Accountable” It brought the dignitaries from international front, regional spectra,  NGOs, Private & Public Sector, Ministries, Departments and Government Agencies and Development Partners
